Drew Tick, CEO
Mr. Tick previously worked in business development for BRM where he performed the initial market research, and later recommended investment in Checkpoint. He was
also a co-founder and CEO of infoPager Technologies, a start-up in the field of electronic publishing, whose technology was sold to an Asian IT group in January 2000. Over three years
at infoPager, Mr. Tick was responsible for investor relations, international marketing sales, and general company management.
Haim Engler, CTO / VP R&D
Mr. Engler is an officer (reserves) in the Communications Corp. of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). In the military, he developed a number of wireless communication systems. As a civilian,
he worked for Tekem, one of Israel's largest software houses where he developed a TDMA cellular phone system. Later he joined BRM, where he was a project manager for a network backup
product developed jointly with Symantec's Norton Group. As co-founder and CTO / VP R&D of infoPager Technologies, Mr. Engler was responsible for a large development team implementing a
complex client-server and internet based electronic publishing solution. He was also instrumental in closing a number of technology deals with major international corporations such as
Reuters, HP, and Marubeni (Japan).
