Code Red was incorporated in 2004 by a group of highly experienced entrepreneurs and was initially funded by JC Technologies, the commercial arm of the Jerusalem College of Technology (JCT). Based in Jerusalem, Israel, the company draws from the hands-on experience of a core team experienced in both military and civilian command & control applications. The founders have extensive experience in the software industry including leading companies such as the NDS (part of News Corp.), the Norton Group and Checkpoint. The company specializes in wireless management and security solutions for multiple wireless protocols.
